Content strategy for eCommerce
Blinds Direct is part of the Interior Goods Direct Ltd. group (IGD), a leading manufacturer of window dressings and home furnishings, sold exclusively online. I have worked with IGD on a variety of projects since 2014, including the launch of a new brand in 2019, Blinds Direct. Working closely with the web, design and marketing teams, I undertook activity including developing the brand’s tone of voice, creating static page content, writing scripts for branded video content, and establishing the social media strategy.
