CRM implementation
The University of Bradford recently approved a strategic investment into a new CRM platform using Microsoft Dynamics. The purpose of the system is to deliver more joined-up processes across the Admissions, Marketing and Alumni business areas, with a view to support a range of the University’s administrative services , including IT and HR, in future. I was brought into the project to support the Programme Management Office with coordination, communications and project management.
